Its good that you want to open a free school for poor, but thata an challenging work!
Firstly you have to collect a lot fund thru Donations because you can not afford it life time to give free education to poor kids.
It takes lot money.
like- teachers salary, guard salary, peon salary, electricity bill, board affordability, etc.
So, firstly make a foundation so that people can donate.
and when you have little sufficient fund for starting school.
