Hello Parul. I actually don't have my own knowledge on this question, but I gathered it from different blog just to help you out for your noble work.
1. Form a trust or society
For School, you will have to make a not for profit society. A group of atleast three people. Every state has an office of registrar where a society can be registered.
[You can get adress of registrar at website of your state government]
2. Register the piece of land
The land should be in the name of trust or society and documents should be verified and certified by local land registration office.
The size of your school should be more than 2 acres in outskirt of city and 1 acres in city.
After approving land and recruiting staff. Now your school is ready.
3. Get approval from local education office
Now go to local education offices. District education office of your district to get approvals. Pay the fee and get registered. After incepting the school campus and documents verification they will give you a certificate. You can call it license. After that approval by state education board.
GETTING AN AFFILIATION FROM STATE BOARD IS MANDATORY FOR GETTING CONSIDERED FOR CBSE AFFILIATION
4. Affiliation from CBSE/ICSE/STATE BOARD
You will have to contact respective board for that. :)
Best luck Parul.
A junior salutes you

Hi Parul, first of all this a noble cause, my high regards and really appreciated.
Now, Considering your Question there are lot of things that need to be address before you start to full-fill your dreams.
The first step that is mandatory is to form a trust or a society of minimum three members and to get it registered under either the India Trust Act or Societies Registration Act. This society needs to be a Non-Profit organization which means that the profit derived from the school needs to be used for the education institute and not for personal benefits. It is advisable to involve other members who have an education related experience in the society.
1) You are unemployed, so I am assuming little savings (please correct me if I am wrong) you will be in need of capital. A school requires so many amenities,
a) location or place : If you have a place to start school then great if not you need to find a location kind of very difficult considering the lack of space now a days.
b)Infrastructure (Building, Student Benches, boards, offices, canteen)
c) Resources ( You need staff, teachers, office boys)
these are just those things that you know already and I hope you have figured out how to deal with that. the major part is finance as it will require continuous use of money.
Some suggestions:
1) Please contact some local NGO if they have set-up some schools they have the idea how to do it and they might help you with initial planning and development.
2) Contact Some Local authorities about this.
3) Make a website , It will create awareness, more people to join and you can put your vision which connect to visitors.
4) Social Media, I think you are well aware about that.
5) Try to get some sponsor starting your family , friends and colleagues.
I know,Its a difficult thing to do but not impossible.
BTW if its in Pune Count me in. :)
Hope you will succeed in your endeavour.
Edit 1: Forgot to give you the approximate cost figure : 5-7 Lakh (considering you have a place to start and have some donor and sponser ready).
